Slayer

I personally own a level 23 Slayer, and I really enjoy playing this class. When playing a slayer I strongly recommend making sure you have a thought out combination striking pattern or two for battle, otherwise your health will hit zero quickly. Also make sure to kite your monsters to avoid unwanted damage!  

Sorcerer

Having a level 24 sorcerer is definitely a fun time, with their ranged abilities and back up close range spells it's really something I would recommend trying if you're new to Tera. The combinations for the sorcerer is very high in damage which is always great, but the class itself is very squishy, so if you're going to take on higher level bosses or larger monsters, make sure you pair with either a healer or a tank!  

Priest

I actually haven't played this class, but I'll give it a try and share my thoughts when I do.

Archer

When I first started Tera, I made an archer, but after a while I didn't really enjoy it so I deleted that character. Maybe I'll give it another try and tell you guys about it.

Lancer

This is another class that I haven't tried, but I would really like to! I've seen a lot of them in game and they seem to deal some top notch damage and have more jump backs and blocks which is always good to have!

Warrior

Okay, I absolutely love this class. I have a level 12, but even though it's a low level I just love how the attacks and dodges work. How effortlessly they fit together is amazing! But that's just me I guess. Again I would suggest pairing with a healer, as some of the attacks actually deal self damage. Not very much, but it does stack after a while. They're fast killers, and work really well with mystics and archers!

Mystic

I feel really bad for not playing this class, it interests me. But I haven't seen much of them really.

Bezerker

I recently made a bezerker! Which is now level 6 by the way, when playing this class make sure to time your blocks otherwise they don't work. Also having a bezerker in your party is a very good asset for piling on damage to your enemy. 

Mounts

Now you don't automatically start with a mount, unless you have just downloaded the game where you get a free seven day Nightmare mount, which is the black stalion on fire below. Also if you're a founder or an elite player you are gifted with a heaven mount which is black and blue, also you are able to purchase any mount from the Tera Online store.

Anyway, getting back to what I was saying, you don't start with a mount, but you get a quest to get a basic mount for free at level 11. It's an automatic quest that will appear in your quest log. 

Armour Appearances

For each class there are three different types of armour you can equip to your character, each having two different colours. These can be bought, and earned from quests. Also there are armour skins that can be purchased from the online Tera store, the same applies to weapons and costumes.

Pets

Pets are actually new! But they can be purchased with gold in game at any mount seller. You can also buy higher level mounts from them. The pets are wonderful to have, because if you slay more than one monster and don't feel like walking around to pick up all those items! Your pet does it for you! All you have to do is feed it.
